Have you ever felt yourself feeling out of sync, even though you tried your best to stay positive and keep pushing forward?
Many people feel periods of feeling out of sync, stressed or even emotionally drained. It is OK to feel this way. But you don't want to get stuck in it where it takes days, weeks or even years to get out of.
I want to share with you a key piece to help you get back in sync with your energy while also enhancing how you feel on a day to day basis through chakra balancing.
Chakras are energy centers in the body that play a vital role in maintaining your overall health and well-being. The main chakra system consists of 7 main chakra centers that run along the spine and each one corresponds to different aspects of your physical, emotional and spiritual self.
You are an energetic being in a physical body. This means that you are energy and you are also influenced by energy. Your energy can fluctuation at any given time. Most of the time our experiences create a roller coaster of emotions. High flying and everything working out then bam ... something happens to knock you down, you feel off and thing seems to work.
These types of changes in your energy happen all the time. It is not good or bad. It just lets you know what is going on around and within you. However, when you hold onto the not so great moments which could be stress, emotional challenges or physical issues. This lead to a disruption of energy flow into the body, creating blocks or areas of unbalance.
Regular chakra balancing can alleviate emotional blocks, reduce stress and improve overall physical health because it promotes the flow of energy throughout the entire body to restore harmony.
This is truly up to you and there is no right or wrong answer. Your routine might change over time, based on your life and what season you are in. Use this as a guideline to start.
Daily: Create a consistent chakra balance practice either working with: a healing meditation, essential oils or crystals, balancing all seven chakras. Journal your experience and what you used to balance the chakras. Keeping track of how you felt throughout the day and end of day. This helps you identify how this practice is working and also how your energy fluctuates.
Weekly: Spend time focusing on 1-2 chakras with more in depth techniques like journaling and/or specific energy healing practices. The Energetic Empowerment chakra guide is a great resource to help you with that.
